Terms and Conditions

By booking with Weddings, Parties and Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a smooth experience for both parties, covering bookings, payments, hire policies, cancellations, and liability. Please read carefully before confirming your order. Bookings and Payments

  • You will be required to have a Photo ID at the time of booking.

  • deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

  • A Bond of 10% will be required at the time of final payment.

  • Full payment must be made 7 days before the event.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

Hire Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event are eligible for a partial/full refund.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within14 days of the event.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Delivery and Set Up

  • Delivery and setup fees apply based on location and order size.

  • Clients must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed time.

  • Any delays caused by the venue may result in extra charges.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from hired items.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring items are used safely and appropriately.

Changes and Customisation

  • Any changes to orders must be made at least 14 days before the event.

  • Custom décor orders are final and non-refundable once production begins.

Agreement

  • By booking with Wedding, Parties and Events, you agree to these terms and conditions.
